Server with Antispam Filter
How to access email marked as Spam?
This filter blocks spam that the server recognizes upon arrival and sends it to an email called spam@mydomain.com, which you can access through webmail or Outlook. A great feature of a professional hosting server is offering web hosting plans with a spam filter.
If an email is not spam, you should:
1) Forward it to asspwhite@youraccountdomain.com. This notifies the server that account should be added to the whitelist, or list of allowed senders.
2) Forward the email to the recipient.
What to do if I receive a Spam message in my Inbox?
1) Open or select the email and forward it to the address:
asspspam@domain.com where domain.com is your company’s domain.
2) You will then receive a confirmation from our server confirming the email was received as SPAM.
* The Filter also detects viruses and phishing emails.
